John Franklin Land Group is committed to making johnfranklinlandgroup.com usable by everyone, including people who are blind, have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, or use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how the site is built and maintained, not a one-time project.

Measures currently in place on this site include:

• Labels on every form field, and errors communicated in text rather than color alone.
• Accessible names on icon-only buttons and social media links.
• A pause control on background video, and no auto-playing motion for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom to 200% and mobile-size tap targets.

Background videos on this site are decorative, silent loops that carry no information not also stated in the page text, and each one can be paused. Any video with spoken narration is published with captions, and we provide a written summary or transcript on request. If you find a video without captions, tell us and we will caption it or supply a transcript.

Some parts of this site rely on third-party services — for example embedded YouTube players, mapping, and our secure payment checkout. We choose vendors with accessible components where we can, but we do not control their code. If a third-party feature blocks you, contact us and we will complete the task with you directly by phone or email.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example older PDF plan documents, third-party embeds, or newly published articles before review. We audit the site periodically and correct issues as they are identified. We welcome reports of specific barriers.
